Real Estate Addenda to Contracts

Real estate addenda to contracts are documents attached to the originally agreed real estate contracts. Addendums to contracts are additional terms or provisions that are going to be made part of the original contract.

Real estate addenda may be additional explanations or information of the contract’s terms and conditions that are not spelled out clearly enough in the original real estate contract.

Available Colorado legal forms include legal forms that are specifically created for real estate addenda. Varying real estate forms are used according to the specific real estate related matters.

In a real estate addendum, all the other terms and conditions stated in the original real estate contract remain in full force and effect.
